Refund policy
Due to the nature of our handmade food products, we do not accept returns. However, if your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the product, with a photo of the damaged goods and we will arrange a store credit or replacement.
To start a process, you can contact us at info@khrislaw.co.za. Please note that if you cannot provide an image of our products no consideration will be given to the complaint.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
No Refunds - store credit or replacement product only We will notify you if the store credit or replacement was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically allocated a store credit or replacement product within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your store credit or replacement product, please contact us at info@khrislaw.co.za.
